Broken cap

The last bottle I bought, I had to throw away because it was leading at the seam. Now a brand new bottle I opened today will only come out a drop at a time when fully opened and squeezing with firm pressure. Of course I don't want to squeeze too hard for fear of another leaking seam! Very frustrated:(

I place the bowl cleaner in the bathroom sink and the cap leak and the cleaner went on too the copper sink and lifted the color off the sink big spots all over the sink

From now on, this will be the only product I will use to clean the toilet bowl. It took next to nothing for it to do its job, I was impressed to say the least. I don't write reviews on products but this one I just had to write one because of how happy I am with this first time purchase of this product. Will definitely be buying more.
I see I'm not the only one with this complaint. Bottle kept leaking from the cap sides after use. Cleaned it off and returned to cupboard thinking it was done, only to find later that it had continued to leak even after that. Cupboard flooring now damaged. Terrible design flaw.

I use this product on a weekly basis when cleaning my toilet bowl. While I do not notice a scent or odor from this product, I do see the results - results that tell me my toilet bowl is clean!
