Horrible will never buy again. Does not work. Latches fall off constantly and then it's almost impossible to.hang trash bags. I bought it thinking it would make things easier. Absolutely not

don't waste your money on this

i would categorize this trash can as useless. looks like it would be a good idea but the execution missed the mark. Rubbermaid does make many good products, but this isn't one of them. the ring to hold the plastic bag just doesn't work.

Terrible Product. Do Not Buy

Liner-Lock feature sounds like a good idea but is a complete failure in the real, physical world. One or more of the the tabs that hold Liner-Lock arms in place gets broken. It may be that the circumference of the rim is too large, as the opening of the 13-gallon bag is barely large enough to fit over the arms, placing the arms under too much tension, with the result being 1) the lid doesn't quite close because the arms are pulled in and therefore pivot up slightly, and 2) one or more of the tabs that holds hold the armes in place break off

Lid refuses to stay closed with or without a trash bag in it. Worst trash can I've ever owned.
